So if you are wondering about my story.....

All my life I had felt that something was missing, that there were answers I needed to find to questions I didn't know. I've been hunting for an inner peace like Galahad and the search for the Holy Grail. I only ever found religions, not spirituality and yet my soul searched for a  feeling of peace and oneness - which I can only describe as a need to belong and be home. I thought I’d found it in the rave scene, within the loving community that only those that were there will understand, but that was short lived and existed only on a Friday and Saturday night.

Meanwhile back in the real world, I did what I had been educated to do, work hard and succeed. I chased money, driven by my ego, in the 3D system, working for some major blue chip companies, but the fast cars, nice clothes, luxury holidays were never enough, I was never enough...my life was still unfilled and I felt empty.

Skip through the failed relationships, heart ache and loss, both emotionally and physically, and we arrive at today. I have worked with fabulous coaches, but most importantly on myself, and stripped back the layers to the core. In doing so I have found my knowing, discovered the way through the difficult ascension transition and nourished my soul.

And now I wish to bring that to you, the expertise of a fabulous coach and a co creator, in my unique reciprocal coaching style. This is bringing spirituality and holistic expertise that you can weave into your everyday life, creating a calmness, stillness, clarity and knowing. Freeing yourself of anxiety, guilt, and shame, to name but a few.
